When our dad Carl Karst was missing in action in Vietnam, we would receive mail from many people around the country who were wearing the bracelet with my father’s name.
So interesting to learn the origin of the POW/MIA Bracelets. I tried wearing a bracelet however I did not feel comfortable. Furthermore all displays of "jewelry", (watches, rings, bracelets) were considered dangerous and therefor frowned upon in my career; Law Enforcement. Nonetheless the POW'S. MIA'S. & those lost in Viet Nam are forever in my heart & in my mind. Never forsaken. Never forgotten.
