Notes from a speech by Ruth on the POW/MIA issue

Here are notes of a speech that Mom delivered in Manhattan about the POW/MIA issue. I am not sure of the date or the audience. In the speech, Mom mentions her good friend Linda Harrold, who also lived in Manhattan at the time and was the wife of MIA Patrick Harrold. There was much wisdom, courage, and faith in how Mom relayed the challenges of living a life in limbo.
